Affiliate Program Agreement

    Summary: Earn 35% on every sale you refer. Recurring commissions
    apply to active subscriptions (SNSL and GoodPages monthly maintenance) for as long as the
    customer remains a paying subscriber. One-time products pay once.
    Commissions are paid monthly with no minimum threshold.
  

1. Parties

This Agreement is between Good Food Good Feels LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a registered limited liability company, and you ("Affiliate," "you"). By using your affiliate link you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligible Products & Commission Structure

You earn a flat 35% commission on all qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated on the net sale price excluding taxes, chargebacks, and processing fees.

Important: Recurring commissions on SNSL and GoodPages Monthly Maintenance are earned only for months in which the referred customer makes a successful, non-refunded payment. If a customer cancels, downgrades to a free tier, or requests a refund, recurring commissions stop from that billing period forward. No commission is owed on refunded amounts.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Each Affiliate receives a unique tracking link (e.g., brain.goodfoodgoodfeels.com/ref/YOUR-CODE).
Attribution is tracked via a 30-day cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, the sale is credited to you.
If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click gets credit (last-click attribution).
Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) do not earn a commission.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month.
Payment is issued within 15 days of month-end (by the 15th of the following month).
There is no minimum payout threshold.
Payment method is determined by mutual agreement (PayPal, bank transfer, or other). You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes owed on commissions received.
Commissions on sales that are later refunded or charged back will be deducted from future payments or reclaimed if already paid.

5. Affiliate Conduct — Permitted Promotion

You may promote GFGF products through:

Your own website, blog, or social media accounts
Email newsletters to your own opted-in subscriber list
Organic social media posts, YouTube videos, TikToks, or similar content
Coupon and deal sites, provided listings are accurate and not misleading

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

Spam — unsolicited bulk email or messages to people who have not opted in to hear from you
Misleading claims — making false statements about GFGF products, pricing, or features
Cookie stuffing — artificially triggering tracking cookies without a genuine referral click
Paid search on brand terms — bidding on "Good Food Good Feels," "GFGF," "GoodPages," "SNSL," or "Brain Lab" in any paid ad platform without prior written consent
Self-referrals — purchasing through your own link, or coordinating with others to do so
Impersonation — representing yourself as an employee or official representative of GFGF

7. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Good Food Good Feels LLC. You have no authority to bind the Company to any contract or obligation. You are solely responsible for your own taxes on commission income.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use GFGF brand names, logos, and product descriptions solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this Agreement. You may not modify our logos or create content that misrepresents our brand.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient).
We may terminate immediately and without notice for any violation of Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct).
Upon termination, your affiliate link is deactivated. Commissions earned before termination on confirmed, non-refunded sales will be paid at the next regular payment date.
Recurring commissions stop on the date of termination — you will not receive future recurring payments after your account is closed, even if the referred customer remains active.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, eligible products, or these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days written notice by email before any reduction in commission rates takes effect. Continued use of your affiliate link after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in San Luis Obispo County, California under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersedes all prior communications. It may only be amended in writing signed by an authorized representative of Good Food Good Feels LLC.
